SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Assurance Analyst to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on understanding the business needs of our customers, establish GRC best practices, and continue to enhance Security processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wiz’s product, roadmap, environment, systems and architecture
- Complete customer security assessments, questionnaires and sales enablement activities within pre-defined SLAs
- Triage customer requests for assessments, artifacts, calls, contract reviews, and audits
- Work to maintain internal and external documentation such as policies, standards, procedures, and runbooks related to Customer Assurance
- Maintain the Wiz Trust Profile, as well as the other self-service internal-facing and external customer security resources
- Mature and maintain the sales enablement program by identifying gaps in knowledge and presenting new enablement materials
- Independently execute sales enablement activities, including customer assurance activity requests, self-attestations, customer audits, etc.
- Contribute to the automation of processes within the team
- Build a strong, collaborative partnership with internal stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate closely with Compliance to triage newly identified customer evidence or audit requirements
- Proactively monitor trends in the industry that can guide Wiz’s Customer Assurance Program and position Wiz as a Security leader in the industry
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ experience in one or more of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domains.
- Passion for security and keeping Wiz safe.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams alike to further oversight responsibilities of Security.
- Baseline knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.
- Ability to assist with security compliance assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (ISO, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment, both independently, and collaboratively within a team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a customer-facing position
- Experience working work GTM teams, preferably within SaaS/tech
