The Role -
As theSenior Director of Customer Onboarding & Implementation, you will define and execute the strategic vision for aglobal, fully remote onboarding organization, ensuring customers successfully realize value in anet-new product category within a rapidly evolving industry. This role is pivotal indriving revenue retention, customer advocacy, and long-term success, positioning Sprinto as a leading challenger in ahighly competitive market dominated by well-funded incumbents.
You willbuild, scale, and optimize a high-impact onboarding function, balancingoperational efficiency with exceptional customer engagement. Success in this role requires ablend of strategic clarity and hands-on execution, enabling Sprinto to scale towards$100M ARR and beyond while maintaining best-in-class customer onboarding experiences.
- Define & Execute Onboarding Strategy – Develop a scalable, value-driven onboarding approach that enhancesretention, advocacy, and product adoption.
- Leadership & Team Development – Recruit, mentor, and grow aglobally distributed, high-performing onboarding team in afully remote environment.
- Drive Adoption in a New Product Category – Enable customers to navigateGRC automation, a novel and complex space, througheducation, enablement, and adoption strategies.
- Hands-On Customer Engagement – Work closely with key customers tounderstand evolving use cases, identify pain points, and influenceproduct evolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align onboarding efforts withSales, Success, Support, Product, and Marketing to drive an effective go-to-market strategy.
- Onboarding at Scale – Managehundreds of concurrent onboarding journeys, leveragingautomation, analytics, and scalable frameworks to maximize efficiency, retention, and product adoption.
- 12+ years of experience inB2B SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation, with5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling onboarding functions in ahigh-growth, multi-product environment, catering to bothSMB and Enterprise segments.
- Strong technical acumen with expertise inproduct implementation, API integrations, and automation.
- Hands-on leadership in a remote setup – ability tohire, develop, and lead globally distributed teams while maintaining a culture ofhigh performance and accountability.
- Data-driven mindset – strong grasp ofonboarding tools, analytics, and automation to measure and optimize onboarding success.
- Exceptional stakeholder management – ability to influencecross-functional teams, executives, and customers.
- Preferred: Experience incompliance, GRC, cybersecurity, andscaling onboarding for global markets.
