Omada Health is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to join our team. This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller and experienced cross-functional operator who can drive consensus across product, clinical and commercial teams. In this role, we are looking for someone who can lead a team to synthesize market feedback, understand our business buyers, and their buying process, support product roadmap development, sales, and marketing efforts, continuing to widen the gap between Omada and our competitors. They will also be responsible for development of a channel segment marketing strategy, developing and tracking segment key performance indicators, and developing a website strategy to reach different segments.

In this role we are looking for a player-coach who…

…will lead a team of PMMs to cover our individual products (Prevention & Weight Health, Diabetes, Hypertension GLP-1s, and MSK), Omada Insights Labs, our product roadmap development, and sales enablement for payer, benefit consultants and employer audiences. This role will be instrumental in driving strategy and design of Omada’s next generation products.

About you:

  • 15+ years experience in related marketing discipline, with a focus on B2B audiences.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences - pharma, health plan, PBM, or B2B2C virtual care/digital health. Preferred experience in payer marketing, medicare advantage and/or health systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that frequently engages directly with customers through selling, product demos or account management.
  • Experience with buyer research and insights, messaging/positioning, GTM plans, executing product launches, sales enablement, content marketing
  • Successful track record of developing competitive, insight driven product stories
  • Ability to effectively inspire, influence and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product features and clinical outcomes into simple and compelling content including presentations, product guides, web content, and white papers.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence, along with the ability to grasp and translate features into buyer benefits.
  • Ability to effectively inspire, influence and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in high growth environments, working at scale.
  • Experience building brand level marketing plans and customer segment strategies.
  • Leadership experience leading groups through strategic and planning exercises.
  • Strong experience in creating KPIs and measurement plans to monitor marketing execution.
  • Leading segment QBRs to adjust the plan based on data and learning from the commercial team.
  • Bachelor degree in related field required.

As the Senior Director, Product Marketing you’ve got an exciting job to lead the following critical efforts:

GTM Strategy Development

  • Lead brand & product strategy & GTM planning
  • Be the voice of the customer for R&D and commercial teams, using insights gathered from research, data, marketing intelligence.
  • Create close partnerships with commercial, product, and clinical to help Omada embrace our brand positioning and keep our buyers and members at the forefront of decision making.
  • Help shape program and go-to-market road maps based on market gaps, competitive intelligence, and customer and member needs.
  • Clearly define and articulate our competitive position for our cardiometabolic program.
  • Stay on top of new indications, emerging research and competitive trends; translate them into POVs and share with the commercial, product, and clinical teams; partner with the Thought Leadership team to create content.
  • Lead packaging and pricing for our programs to ensure alignment with the market.

Program Evolution & Launches

  • Lead program positioning & messaging (integrated across all Omada products)
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across B2B customers
  • Lead commercial launches of new products and major features
  • Partner with Clinical Team on evidence generation needs & development of reports / thought leadership pieces
  • Create core messaging to enable development of a variety of content types, including web landing pages, videos, presentations, ad copy, and in-person & virtual events, to drive business growth and marketing success.
  • Partner with Thought Leadership team on thought leadership planning & messaging
  • Accountable for key commercial assets including value story, demos, business cases, reporting, etc.

Sales Enablement

  • Subject Matter Expert for Omada program demos in partnership with sales & CX / SAM team
  • Support large opportunities with sales pitches & sales deck support
  • Support the Customer Experience team on requests / needs from clients on reporting
  • Partner with Customer Effectiveness team on training sessions and materials

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $220,800 - $276,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $211,200 - $264,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
