Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a high performing team of program managers, production support analysts, and Jira admins to enable our product delivery teams to deliver as much as they can.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, data, and design to ensure we are delivering as much as we can, are aligned on timing of projects, and are operating as efficiently as possible.
- Create and iterate on agile processes so that product delivery is aligned and operating at an excellent rhythm.
- Provide excellent comms with the rest of the business and find product signals within and outside of the business so that we are building the right things at the right time for our customers.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Operations with at least 3+ years of experience leading and building teams.
- Skills: You’re the best of the best at distilling processes down to the most simple form, rolling out changes, and ensuring things stay on time and on task in fast-paced environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you have also run production support teams.
- Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
Cash compensation: The base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $280,000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise. This role is also eligible to receive equity compensation.
