About Stitch Fix, Inc.

Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) is the leading online personal styling service that helps people discover the styles they will love that fit perfectly so they always look - and feel - their best. Few things are more personal than getting dressed, but finding clothing that fits and looks great can be a challenge. Stitch Fix solves that problem. By pairing expert stylists with best-in-class AI and recommendation algorithms, the company leverages its assortment of exclusive and national brands to meet each client's individual tastes and needs, making it convenient for clients to express their personal style without having to spend hours in stores or sifting through endless choices online. Stitch Fix, which was founded in 2011, is headquartered in San Francisco.

About the Team

The Growth & Media team at Stitch Fix is responsible for driving new client acquisition and existing client retention and reactivation through strategic paid marketing campaigns. Our commitment to data-driven personalization extends into our marketing where we leverage experimentation, rigorous data analysis, and creative storytelling to fuel scalable and efficient growth. We manage a substantial budget across online and offline channels, collaborating cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, data science, product, and finance to deliver measurable impact.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Associate with deep hands-on experience in paid social advertising to help us scale and optimize our campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven environments and wants to own execution, strategy, and testing through roadmap development and in-platform media buying.

You’ll manage full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to conversion — across the entire client lifecycle (acquisition, retention, reactivation) owning channel strategy and hands-on-keyboard campaign execution. You will analyze performance data to inform audience, bidding, and creative testing, collaborating closely on creative and landing page development to shape the future of our paid social program.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Manage daily campaign operations: campaign launches, pacing, targeting, bidding, and creative optimizations that consider growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Extract insights from data to optimize performance and inform budget, targeting, creative, and UX decisions.
  • Analyze performance and regularly communicate insights, campaign recaps, and test results to cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Drive paid social strategy and experimentation roadmaps — identify new opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale what works.
  • Own technical campaign setup and tracking infrastructure (pixels, trafficking, UTM tagging, server-side tracking, audience definition and transmission).
  • Partner closely with internal teams (creative, brand marketing, data science) to drive campaign results.
  • Work across both evergreen and seasonal/integrated campaigns, collaborating on audience segmentation, creative messaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Serve as a channel expert, staying up to date on trends, platform changes, and new ad formats.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with at least 3 years directly managing paid social campaigns hands-on-keyboard (Meta is required; TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, or YouTube are a plus).
  • You have worked in-house or at an agency and understand how to manage large budgets efficiently ($XXM+) across multiple objectives and client states.
  • You are an expert in the mechanics of media buying: targeting, creative launches, ad operations, testing structures, incrementality, and campaign diagnostics / troubleshooting.
  • You are highly proficient in analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and ideally SQL) and are able to dig through data, building your own dashboards and pivot tables to find meaningful insights.
  • You are an excellent communicator — able to distill complex data into strategic insights for stakeholders.
  • You are a problem-solver who digs into the data to find insights, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and organized — able to manage details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • You are a self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • You understand cross-channel effects and how paid social complements broader growth and brand strategies.
  • You have experience implementing and troubleshooting MarTech tracking such as pixels, server-side tracking, Google Tag Manager, and mobile measurement platforms.

Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix...

  • We are a group of bright, kind people who are motivated by challenge. We value integrity, innovation and trust. You’ll bring these characteristics to life in everything you do at Stitch Fix.
  • We cultivate a community of diverse perspectives— all voices are heard and valued.
  • We are an innovative company and leverage our strengths in fashion and tech to disrupt the future of retail.
  • We win as a team, commit to our work, and celebrate grit together because we value strong relationships.
  • We boldly create the future while keeping equity and sustainability at the center of all that we do.
  • We are the owners of our work and are energized by solving problems through a growth mindset lens. We think broadly and creatively through every situation to create meaningful impact.
  • We offer comprehensive compensation packages and inclusive health and wellness benefits.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
