Job Description
TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world. By leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics, our products empower governments, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to combat illicit activity and global security threats. At TRM, you'll join a mission-driven, fast-paced team made up of experts in law enforcement, data science, engineering, and financial intelligence, tackling complex global challenges daily. Whether analyzing blockchain data, developing cutting-edge tools, or collaborating with global organizations, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
The Marketing team at TRM Labs is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale pipeline impact through full-funnel demand campaigns that drive measurable revenue outcomes. You’ll lead campaign strategy and execution across key customer segments and geographies, directly partnering with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to convert market interest into pipeline and bookings.
The impact you will have:
- Full-Funnel Campaign Ownership – Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of global demand generation campaigns. Develop compelling programs that convert across multiple funnel stages — from engagement to closed-won.
- Pipeline Generation at Scale – Drive $10M+ in qualified pipeline sourced through campaign activities, with a focus on high-intent conversion and accelerated deal velocity.
- Sales + Marketing Alignment – Build tight collaboration with Sales, especially in key segments like expansion accounts and strategic industries. Co-design plays that fuel pipeline growth and improve win rates.
- Segment Specific Campaigns – Build repeatable and scalable campaign motions tailored to enterprise, mid-market, and regional needs. Own campaign success across multiple personas and compliance-focused buyer journeys.
- Global Campaign Execution – Execute integrated campaigns across regions with attention to localized strategy, channel mix, and cultural nuance — ensuring global programs drive local impact.
- Attribution + ROI Insights – Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to track, attribute, and optimize campaign performance. Continuously iterate on programs based on pipeline velocity, ROI, and performance benchmarks.
What we’re looking for:
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation and pipeline growth
- Proven ability to drive revenue-impacting campaigns in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps
- Experience marketing to technical or compliance-oriented buyers, ideally in highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with global campaign execution and pipeline development across diverse customer segments and regions
- Hands-on experience with pipeline attribution tools, campaign performance metrics, and MarTech infrastructure
- Strong project management and executional rigor, with a bias for impact, iteration, and scale
- Ability to build influence across GTM teams through data-backed storytelling and visible campaign success
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving goals and priorities
About the Team:
- A 16-person global marketing team across Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand that includes high-performing senior ICs and emerging leaders
- Strong async culture with collaborative rituals — including weekly sprint planning, shared dashboards, retrospectives, and performance reviews
- Culture strengths: analytical curiosity, clear communication, self-accountability, and high agency
- Core collaboration hours: 8am–12pm PST
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Campaigns, insights, and ops work are tracked against shared sprints and team KPIs
Learn about TRM Speed in this position:
- Launch and optimize high-impact campaigns in weeks, not quarters, rapidly translating market signals and sales input into scalable demand plays that drive pipeline.
- Iterate relentlessly based on performance data, quickly pivoting campaign strategy to double down on what’s working and cut what’s not — no vanity metrics, just revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps in real time, removing blockers and co-creating fast, measurable experiments that move deals through the funnel faster.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
