An Overview of this Role
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a strategic and technically-focused role that drives marketing operational excellence through platform administration, AI strategy facilitation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This position requires an experienced professional who can work independently on complex problems while providing strategic input on marketing technology decisions that impact team and departmental results.
What You’ll Do
- Full administration and strategic management of Asana as the marketing team’s primary project management platform, driving standardized workflows and governance frameworks across all departments. Enable and optimize team adoption by designing scalable project templates, conducting platform assessments, and establishing integrations with business-critical tools to enhance cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency
- Own day-to-day administration of Allocadia marketing performance management platform, including user management, system configuration, data imports, and troubleshooting technical issues across marketing teams. Drive platform adoption through hands-on training, process documentation, and integration management with existing marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow between Allocadia and other business systems to support comprehensive marketing performance analysis
- Responsible for platform administration of PathFactory content experience platform, including content library management, content track optimization, visitor journey setup, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Drive Marketing AI strategy and facilitation across the organization, leading regular knowledge sharing sessions and coordinating AI implementation initiatives
- Influence marketing operational excellence by modeling best practices in marketing automation and data governance, providing technical guidance to cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery of quality results for strategic marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience with Asana (or similar), with demonstrated success in implementing and designing scalable templates, designing workflows, and establishing integrations that enhance cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency
- Pathfactory content experience optimization, buyer journey analytics, and content scoring to enhance lead nurturing and sales enablement.
- Allocadia experience managing marketing budgets, and ROI measurement with advanced configuration of budget hierarchies and automated approval workflows.
- Marketo (or other MAP experience) proficiency including campaign design, segmentation, API integrations, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing technologies and implementation strategies
- Experience leading educational initiatives and driving technology adoption across teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English with exemplary communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work successfully with little guidance while managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong capacity to model organizational competencies and contribute to high-performing team dynamics.
