Why This Role is Exciting:

As a member of the People Business Partner team, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with leaders, managers, and employees in our Customer Advisory Services and Finance, Operations, and Legal organizations to align our people strategy with our business strategy. In this role, you will act as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust through the application of clear HR processes, developing leadership capability, and offering coaching and support through all phases of the employee lifecycle. You will partner across the broader People team and with internal stakeholders to guide activities including performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations to support a growing and dynamic organization.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, including 5 years as a People Business Partner, within dynamic scaling companies with a focus on strategic partnership supporting senior leadership

  • In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and working knowledge of state and federal employment law

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to distill complexity and ambiguity to create simplicity and clarity

  • Ability to leverage data and insights to build and align talent strategy to achieve our business goals

  • Experience supporting a matrixed, global team within the technology sector

  • Experience supporting customer success, support, and professional services organizations
