Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product development and innovation within one of Henry Meds' most critical product domains. You will lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through execution, shaping the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for a strategic, data-informed, and execution-focused product leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap — translate strategy into actionable plans, align cross-functional teams, manage scope and sprint priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features by proactively identifying and removing blockers.
  • Lead the discovery process for large, complex initiatives — identifying problems, validating solutions, and translating insights into compelling product strategies.
  • Define clear goals, success metrics, and key milestones; align cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Legal.
  • Write concise, actionable product documents that enable effective and efficient delivery.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope, prioritize, and deliver value quickly and iteratively.
  • Lead cross-functional execution, anticipating risks, resolving ambiguity, and removing roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using data tools and qualitative feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future investments.
  • Communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and performance to a range of stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Stay on top of telehealth trends, competitive landscape, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes.

You will likely have:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful software products — ideally in healthcare, digital health, or EHR platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Strong product intuition and decision-making skills — you know how to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Direct experience working with engineering teams to ship complex features in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders — including clinicians, operations, legal, and executives — to drive alignment and shared outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Write concise, actionable product documents that communicate the "why" and "what" clearly — enabling smooth, aligned execution.
  • Comfortable with experimentation and data — leveraging tools like SQL, Looker, Retool, or others to inform decisions and measure success.
  • A growth mindset and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.

You may have:

  • Early-stage, fast-growing start-up experience
  • DTC Digital health or Telehealth experience
  • Proficiency in using tools like SQL, Looker, Tableau, Retool, or similar for data analysis and visualization.
  • Direct experience with EHR systems, clinical tooling and operational workflow optimization.

Company Offers:

  • Platinum PPO Healthcare + Vision & Dental (Henry covers 99% for employees and 50% for their qualified dependents).
  • 401(k) with matching contributions beginning your first day.
  • Unlimited PTO (target of 4 weeks), 6 floating holidays, and 4 company observed holidays.
  • Fully remote position with occasional travel.
  • Impactful, rewarding work as part of a fast-growing brand helping thousands of people every day.

Equal Opportunity Statement:

Henry Meds is committed to promoting an inclusive work environment free of discrimination and harassment. We value a diverse and balanced team where everyone can belong.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
