Join Our Journey at Engine
At Engine, we’re revolutionizing work travel. Our modern travel platform isn’t just about booking trips; it’s about transforming how businesses and their teams experience travel. From seamless booking options with top airlines, hotels, and car rental providers to single-invoice billing and flexible trip modifications, we make travel not only easier to manage but also enjoyable. Backed by powerhouse investors like Telescope Partners, Blackstone, Elefund, and Permira, we’re growing fast—and we want you to be part of it.
Your Mission:
As the Product Manager for Partner Hub, you’ll be charged with building products that help Engine’s hotel partners succeed and grow their business with us. Partner Hub is Engine’s hotel-facing platform, where our hotel partners come to optimize their business on Engine and beyond. Some of the areas the PM will own include:
- Onboarding and activation. You get to reimagine how we get new hotel partners into Partner Hub to work with the tools we’ve built. You’ll partner with Data Science, Analytics, Design and Engineering to own the full funnel from account creation to delivering users their first “aha moment” that keeps them working with Engine for years to come.
- Content Management. You’ll help our hotel partners put their best foot forward on Engine by helping them highlight the content our traveler members see.
- Team Management. You will make it easy for our hotel, chain and brand partners to manage their property and team members at scale, unlocking additional growth for Partner Hub and our partners.
- Whatever moves the needle. At Engine, Product Managers own the roadmap and set priorities. You’re empowered to understand our customers’ and business’s needs and to come up and execute projects that move Partner Hub forward.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We're looking for a driven, forward-thinking product manager who’s ready to dive into exciting challenges and make a lasting impact. If you're ready to grow with us, here's what we need:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, particularly in marketplace platforms, fintech, or large-scale travel systems, with a proven track record of building and launching customer-facing products with intuitive UI/UX that drive engagement and business growth.
- Skills: You’re a driven problem-solver with a proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
- Mindset: You’re a decisive, high-energy driver who thrives in fast-paced environments, influencing teams and pushing forward with conviction. You balance a strong point of view with cross-functional collaboration to drive impact, execute effectively, and deliver results that move the business forward.
Applications for this role will be accepted through 10/21/2025 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
