At Engine, we're reimagining business travel from the ground up. As a Product Manager focused on Admin Trips, you'll play a key role in shaping how traveler admins and coordinators book and manage trips for their business—effortlessly and confidently. You’ll help us craft intuitive, data-driven, and personalized experiences that deliver measurable impact for both our customers and the business.
What You'll Do
Define and Drive Product Strategy
- Shape a compelling product vision for our customers, specifically the traveler admin/coordinators, to manage their team of employee’s travel on Engine.
- Balance user-centric design with business impact, applying modern product techniques and leveraging emerging technologies like AI for personalized recommendations.
Collaborate Across Functions
- Work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features that improve discovery, selection, and booking.
- Foster inclusive team discussions and champion shared goals across multiple workstreams.
Deliver Impactful Solutions
- Lead the design and rollout of scalable features—from booking flows to payment options—that drive conversion, increase trust, and elevate the end-to-end experience.
Use Data to Inform Decisions
- Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes.
- Run experiments and continuously test and iterate to ensure our solutions are delivering maximum value.
Communicate with Clarity
- Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- Keep teams and stakeholders aligned by telling compelling stories around the “why” behind product priorities and trade-offs.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms—particularly within hotels or accommodations.
- Collaboration: Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams and functions.
- User-Centered Thinking: Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions.
- Analytical Approach: Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.
- Mindset: Curious, outcomes-oriented, and adaptable. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Cash compensation: The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise. This role is also eligible to receive equity compensation.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
