If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As a Customer Experience Project Manager at Ridgeline, you will lead enterprise cloud software implementations that are transforming the investment management industry. You’ll serve as the primary driver of successful project delivery, partnering with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to define scope, manage resources, and hit critical milestones. This role requires exceptional organizational strength, consultative finesse, and a track record of managing multiple, concurrent enterprise projects. What will you do?

  • Define project scope, schedule, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with customer and internal stakeholders

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and maintain high levels of engagement and accountability

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations, provide updates, and escalate risks appropriately

  • Manage project budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and ensure financial transparency throughout the engagement

  • Monitor quality standards and enforce delivery excellence across all project phases

  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to keep projects on track and within scope

  • Conduct retrospectives and assess project outcomes to inform continuous improvement

  • Contribute directly to critical project tasks when needed to ensure delivery timelines are met

  • Travel domestically 25–50% to support implementation milestones and foster strong customer relationships

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role

  • Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front and back office (e.g., portfolio accounting, performance, trading, compliance)

  • Proven ability to manage enterprise software projects with multiple stakeholders and technical components

  • Highly organized and self-sufficient with strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate with internal and external teams, including executive stakeholders

  • Quick learner with a curious mindset and ability to ramp up on new technologies and tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus:

  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and software development lifecycles

  • Proficiency with tools like Slack, JIRA/Confluence, and Mavenlink

  • Basic understanding of APIs, AWS, and serverless technologies

  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2)

  • Experience working with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
