About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team at you.com. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent that will drive our growth and success. You will play a critical role in shaping our sales team and ensuring we have the right individuals to meet our ambitious goals. As a Sales Recruiter, you will:- Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific job boards to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Assessment
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize behavioral and situational interview techniques to identify candidates who demonstrate the drive, ambition, and resilience needed for sales success.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Partner closely with sales leadership to understand team needs and define role requirements and qualifications.
- Provide insights and guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate profiles to inform hiring decisions.
- Building Relationships
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for You.com, effectively communicating our mission, values, and culture to prospective hires.
- Continuous Improvement
- Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to refine and improve the hiring process continuously.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Determined and results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully filling sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the skills required for success in various sales roles.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality in the recruitment process.
Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
