About You
- You are seen as the problem solver in your team.
- Computer science fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, are embedded in your thinking.
- You understand a wide array of roles and specific tools/frameworks (data/BI engineering, backend, frontend, mobile, devops, etc.) and you excel at system design.
- You know AWS as your backyard, and speak fluent node.js and/or Python.
- You are a quick learner, never intimidated by a problem you haven’t seen before.
- You care most about getting the job done rather than making it perfect.
- You can think as your client, you can think as your user.
- You can tell the difference between a problem looking for a solution and a solution looking for a problem.
- Your critical thinking often uncovers much simpler solutions.
