About the role and why it’s unique:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Engineering) to provide financial insights and strategic support
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership, highlighting key trends and risks
- Analyze performance drivers, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
- Support corporate development initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, or partnership evaluations
- Prepare investor materials, board presentations, and executive reporting packages
- Enhance financial tools and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight
- Drive ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital allocation
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking
Even better if you have:
- Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, or consumer businesses.
- Familiarity with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau).
- SQL or data analysis skills are a plus
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $128,000 and $150,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
