About the Role
We’re seeking a full-time Social Media & Creative Assistant to support Wesley Sherow in managing content creation, social media engagement, and general administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling, branding, and community building.
You’ll work closely with Wesley to bring visual and strategic consistency to his online presence while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Photo Editing: Use Lightroom (or similar tools) to enhance images and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Instagram Post Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and publish posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to DMs and comments on Instagram in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Creative Support: Assist with updating social media templates, resizing images, or light graphic work.
- General Admin: Support with file organization, basic data entry, or coordination-related tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience using Lightroom or equivalent photo editing software.
- Comfort with Instagram scheduling tools and general social media best practices.
- Strong written communication and a friendly, professional online voice.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple small tasks independently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable in a remote work environment.
