About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ideate, oversee and execute social storytelling on X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Work with influencers to create socially charged community programs, video content and memes.
- Generate interesting influencer briefs and prompts.
- Grow and galvanize a community of crypto and OKX evangelists.
- Continuously explore new trends to stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative social content.
- Generate strategic framework and copy for brand and product campaigns that bring home our brand's unique tone of voice and distinctive style.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, align distribution requests and complete tasks.
- Create SOPs for effective cross-functional collaboration, resolve conflicts and motivate the team to bring their most creative self to work everyday.
What We Look For In You
- 10+ years of experience in social media and/or brand marketing
- Previous experience in crypto or web3 and/or deep understanding of its culture and ecosystem
- Previous experience creating for social media channels X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord
- Social capital and experience with top creators and influencers
- You love and live memes - from classic memes to irl trends, you know whats going on in popular culture
- You get your dopamine from creative taglines and social first storytelling
- You have framework thinking and an owner mentality
- Strong project management skills
- Portfolio that demonstrates your strategic, conceptual, and design skills
- Proficient in social design tools: Figma, Canva
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Problem-solver and flexible to adapt to the ever-evolving climate of social media
- Prioritization skills and ability to manage timely social projects and evergreen campaigns
