The Role:
We’re looking for aFull-Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment and is passionate about building modern, scalable software that drives meaningful impact. This role goes beyond just coding — it’s about contributing to the evolution of healthcare technology.
You'll be instrumental in developing cloud-native applications using .NET and Azure, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver everything from performant backend services to intuitive, user-friendly frontends. You’ll help modernize legacy systems, support cloud migration efforts, and contribute to the design of secure, scalable solutions that grow with our platform and our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using .NET Framework and Azure services.
Develop and deploy applications using Azure App Services, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and Azure Container Apps.
Create responsive and user-friendly UI using Telerik components and implement reporting solutions with Telerik Reporting Services.
Participate in cloud migration and modernization projects, providing technical guidance and hands-on implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in the cloud environment.
Maintain documentation and support application deployment and CI/CD processes.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technology-related field; or equivalent experience with at least 7-10 years of full stack experience in Microsoft .NET MVC C#, and Microsoft SQL Server, jQuery, and experience with RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solutions.
Experience working with Custom UI frameworks like DevExpress/Telerik and Reporting Services.
Adept in unit testing
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Promotes a collaborative environment with a passion for developing
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Healthcare IT experience is a plus, but not required
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, manage time, and communicate effectively
Experience working in agile/scrum methodology
Practical experience in Microsoft Azure preferred
Experience in unit testing and dependency injection preferred
Demonstrated ability to independently apply a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to product projects involving complex features.
