The role, in a nutshell:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer & Administrator to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform and its integrations with key Go-To-Market (GTM) tools. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and uphold robust governance practices to ensure data integrity, user access controls, and adherence to system design best practices across Salesforce and integrated GTM platforms.
- Manage security configurations, including roles, permission sets, and profiles, aligning with business requirements and compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance proactively, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and APIs to streamline GTM processes.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, HubSpot, Clearbit, Cognism, Nooks, Salesloft, LeanData, and Google Workspace.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, LWC, and API integrations as part of custom projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement technical solutions that drive measurable business impact (e.g., improved lead routing, enhanced attribution, deduplication routines).
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize system design in alignment with business goals and cross-functional needs.
- Lead multi-team initiatives, managing system projects from requirements gathering through to go-live and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in high-growth or startup environments (7-10+ years preferred).
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Platform Developer I or II, Advanced Admin, or other Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions using automation, logic, and custom development.
- Strong understanding of security, access management, and compliance (e.g., permission sets, roles, org-wide defaults).
- Proven track record of supporting data hygiene initiatives, including duplicate management, deduplication, and reporting alignment.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

- Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot
- Sales Engagement: Outreach, Gong, Salesloft
- Data Enrichment: Clay, D&B, Traction Hierarchies, ZoomInfo, Nooks
- Lead Routing: LeanData, Qualified
Communication Tools: Slack & connected APIs
