Senior Sales Recruiter – Contract
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our recruiting team on a six-month contract. This recruiter will own the end-to-end recruiting process for mid and senior-level roles across our Sales, Revenue, and Success organizations, with occasional support for Marketing. You’ll develop sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience—all while managing multiple high-priority requisitions. As a key strategic partner, you’ll collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure we hire top Sales talent who will drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior positions across Sales, Success, RevOps, and Marketing

Source and engage Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Go-To-Market leaders who thrive in high-velocity, quota-carrying environments

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates

Conduct 15+ phone screens per week, driving 360+ sourcing reachouts per quarter

Lead structured interviews, including designing interview plans and running debriefs

Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance

Collaborate closely with business leaders, ensuring alignment on role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles

Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize processes, and inform decision-making

Support DEI efforts by creating diverse interview panels and promoting equitable hiring practices

Manage recruiting efforts autonomously, while following established recruiting processes

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation to streamline the process and offers
Requirements
-
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales, Revenue, and GTM roles (AE, SDR, Sales Leadership, RevOps)

Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Strong experience partnering with leaders at all levels, from front-line managers to VPs

Expertise in data-driven recruiting, leveraging analytics to shape talent strategy

Familiarity with sales org structures, quota-carrying roles, and product-led growth business models

Experience with tools like Gem and Greenhouse (or similar recruiting platforms)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions

Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to pivot quickly and manage multiple requisitions
