Driving a high-quality, high-velocity hiring engine, you'll partner closely with leadership across the business to ensure we’re attracting the right talent at the right time to fuel our next chapter of growth.
About the Team:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team sits at the forefront of Honor’s growth, responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring the exceptional talent that powers the company’s mission. The TA team operates as strategic thought partners to the business — deeply embedded within the functions they support and committed to delivering a high-quality, inclusive experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
As a Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Lead and scale Honor’s TA function, with end-to-end ownership of team leadership, process optimization, and strategic hiring initiatives
- Develop and drive a clear TA charter and philosophy that defines how Honor attracts, engages, and evaluates talent — establishing a unified approach to sourcing, assessment, and decision-making aligned with our values and long-term vision
- Build and scale a distributed team with a focus on operational excellence, performance accountability, and continuous growth
- Partner closely with functional leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and craft targeted, high-impact recruiting strategies
- Elevate candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and brand
- Define and drive recruiting KPIs (e.g., time to hire, passthrough rates, sourcing outreach, quality of hire) setting and tracking key hiring metrics, driving accountability across the hiring process
- Continuously raise the bar by ensuring every hire meets our high standards—driving rigor in hiring decisions, calibrations, and interviewer training to build a consistently exceptional team.
- Drive ongoing improvements across recruiting infrastructure — from tools and workflows to interview frameworks and enablement — ensuring scalability, speed, and hiring excellence.
We’re looking for you to bring:
- 15+ years of experience in TA / Recruiting, including at least 7 years leading and scaling a high-performing recruiting team
- Proven success hiring across technical, corporate, and executive roles in a, high-growth environment
- A strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution — embodying Fly High, Dive Deep by setting long-term direction while actively driving day-to-day results
- A data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of recruiting analytics, funnel health, and performance levers
- Expertise across full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing strategy, structured interviews, and scalable, high-quality processes
- Passion for building inclusive teams and embedding equity throughout every stage of the hiring journey
- The ability to operate as a trusted partner to executives — bringing thoughtfulness, clarity, and influence to high-stakes talent decisions

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
