About You
We are seeking a highly collaborative and dynamic Sr. Manager of Professional Sales Training and Enablement to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping support the Senior Director of Sales Training and Enablement to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. A top priority will be to execute on the deployment of training programs for the sales team geared towards promoting Nutrafol Clear Skin and other new products in the Nutrafol portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in creating training content, and a deep understanding of how to strengthen cross-functional synergy. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly collaborative and skilled candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of sales enablement strategies that align with the company’s overall sales goals.
- Maintain sales training modules and decks for use with the field sales team and customers. Organize and update the customer toolkit for practice assets and patient education with an emphasis on Nutrafol Clear Skin.
- Help with the delivery of ongoing training programs for the sales team, including onboarding new hires and providing continuing education on new products, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Work collaboratively with Senior Director of Sales Training and Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Sales Ops to identify areas of opportunity and provide training on the Salesforce platform in order to help improve operational efficiency for the sales team.
- Identify and evaluate potential sales enablement tools that will bring value to the sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales data as it pertains to Nutrafol Clear Skin in order to identify gaps, track effectiveness of enablement programs, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Spend time in the field with the sales team and customers in order to adjust training and messaging to better align with any identified areas of opportunity.
- Provide ongoing feedback and communication to sales training leadership, marketing, sales ops, and the clinical team on needs for improvement or areas of opportunity for additional training.
- Continuously seek ways to support the optimization and standardization of the sales process to reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes. Lead implementation and communication around sales initiatives and identified strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training role; aesthetic or medical device industry experience preferred
- Previous experience developing training curriculum and hosting National Peer-to-Peer Training Webinars
- Solid understanding of how to interpret and present clinical data, including the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members
- Previous experience with SFDC and utilizing sales analytics tools to guide decision making and strategy
- Strong understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure timely completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey ideas and strategy
- Technical proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, PowerPoint, and Canva +
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent presentation skills
- Ability to travel roughly 15% of the year (National Sales Meeting, Mid Year Meeting, conferences and quarterly field visits)
