About the role:
Responsibilities:
- You’ll own the development and continuous refinement of positioning and messaging for Cresta’s technical platform, including Opera, AI models, Integrations, APIs, and security, creating sales and marketing collateral that helps us clearly communicate our differentiation and value across these areas
- You’ll develop and oversee Cresta’s technical buyer personas, advancing our internal understanding of what makes them tick and segmenting our messaging to more effectively turn them into advocates in deals
- You’ll partner closely across product, sales, and marketing, serving as the connective tissue to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive Cresta’s growth
- You’ll introduce platform and model related innovation to the world in ways that drive adoption and pipeline by developing market launches and accompanying enablement to support cross-functional teams
- Your deep understanding of how our wins and losses are impacted by platform-related strengths, weaknesses, and gaps, will help you provide a data-driven point of view to influence future roadmap priorities and optimize our strategy
- You love to move fast, get your hands dirty, and solve open-ended problems that will help us build and grow market-leading AI products
Qualifications We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 7 years of product marketing experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings
- Excellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysis
- Deep domain knowledge of large language models and applications of AI in the enterprise
- Experience marketing to technical audiences
- Preferred Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and virtual agents
- Preferred Experience in hyper-growth scale-ups
