Job Description
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and lead critical efforts to grow our provider network in high-priority states. This role will be central to driving awareness, acquisition, and activation of mental health providers, ensuring we meet patient demand, maintain high-quality care, and support efficient growth.
You’ll own Rula’s provider positioning strategy to differentiate our brand and establish thought leadership, while building and scaling full-funnel campaigns across digital and offline channels. This includes testing and expanding into new marketing channels—such as paid social, influencer, direct mail, referral, and community marketing—to cost-effectively reach and activate providers. You'll also tailor strategies to state-specific market dynamics and continuously optimize performance across the funnel to improve conversion and ROI.
Collaboration with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales will be key to ensuring alignment from messaging through onboarding. This is a high-impact, full-time role with significant ownership and opportunity to shape Rula’s provider growth strategy.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B2C or multi-sided marketplaces
Proven track record of launching multi-channel acquisition campaigns (SEM, paid social, email, etc.) with measurable ROI and CAC improvement, and full-funnel conversion optimization, including lead nurturing and retargeting strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation (A/B testing), performance reporting, and marketing attribution
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to drive coordinated go-to-market execution
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and limited structure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign strategy, cross-functional alignment, and executive updates
Preferred Qualifications
While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
Experience with state-level/localized marketing strategies or geo-targeted campaigns
Prior ownership of provider- or clinician-facing acquisition initiatives in healthcare or health tech
Familiarity with marketplace dynamics where supply and demand must grow in tandem
Strong understanding of behavioral segmentation and persona development
Comfort with low-fidelity testing and agile experimentation cycles

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
