What you'll do:
- Collaborate with product leadership to help define and execute the roadmap for Pinterest’s programmatic ad offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and advertiser needs.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, partnerships, ad operations, data science, and design to build products that drive adoption, performance, and satisfaction among advertisers.
- Prioritize product initiatives, balancing immediate customer needs with longer-term scalability and automation opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the programmatic ad ecosystem (including DSPs, SSPs, auction mechanics, and deal types) to inform product decisions and ensure competitive differentiation.
- Deliver features and tools that provide actionable insights, streamlined workflows, and effective reporting for programmatic buyers and Pinterest’s internal teams.
- Leverage data and user feedback to inform product prioritization, track success metrics, and recommend enhancements
- Partner with designers to create intuitive interfaces, dashboards, and reporting tools for programmatic workflows.
- Serve as a key resource on programmatic ad products within the team and across partner functions.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a demonstrated record of launching and improving advertising or ad tech products, ideally in programmatic or related spaces.
- Experience building products that use data and insights to support business users and drive measurable growth.
- Practical knowledge of programmatic ad technology (bid requests/responses, auction mechanics, deal types such as PMP, PG, Open Auction).
- Familiarity with building workflow or reporting tools for advertisers, agencies or internal operations teams.
- Experience partnering with DSPs, SSPs, agencies, or other third-party ad platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a data-driven approach to delivering business impact.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips
Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
