Role Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives that align data, product, and engineering teams toward unified business goals. This role will be pivotal in driving program vision, operational governance, and data reliability across the organization. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, with deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery models.
Example Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a clear program vision that aligns with strategic business goals.
- Foster cross-team understanding of the “why” behind initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop a value-driven, cross-functional roadmap integrating product priorities, team capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Collaboration with Product and Engineering leads to define and track quarterly OKRs of the team using Jira roadmaps and story maps.
- Institutionalize workflow governance through Jira and maintain process documentation and decisions in Confluence.
- Design and implement scalable program operating models that support delivery cadence, escalation management, and release governance.
- Process Reengineering & Standardization - Identify inefficiencies across data pipelines and engineering workflows, driving standardization and integration.
- Ensure traceability from source systems to reporting layers, achieving a “single source of truth.”
- Data Reliability & Reporting Stability - Align program health metrics with the quality and stability of downstream data products.
- Champion improvements in metadata management, lineage, and data reconciliation accuracy across BI platforms and data lakes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in data or engineering organizations
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence setup, customization, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with data governance, reporting frameworks, and BI tools is a plus
Great to have Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans
- Understanding of Fintech and online identity verification business and products
- Proven ability to lead others without direct authority in a matrixed environment
