What you’ll do:

  • Be at the forefront of technology and market trends to spot new opportunities for disruption and innovation.
  • Drive new strategic investigations and product concepts with teams.
  • Design and prototype loveable world-class products that emphasize product excellence and attention to delightful details.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management within TwoTwenty to develop impactful, user-centric products.
  • Work closely alongside engineers to iterate fast and ship high quality and high-impact solutions.
  • Uphold and inspire a high level of product design execution across the team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Product, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record envisioning, building, and shipping 0-1 digital products in close partnership with product management and engineering.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding product design skills and product design leadership.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they’re solving.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of pride and ownership over the quality of the product.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and ability bring cross-functional partners along in the journey.
  • High level of self-awareness independence and accountability with a growth mindset.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
