Pinterest is looking for a methodical and thoughtful Product Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive, consistent and delightful experiences. You’ll partner across back-end and Monetization teams to help evolve our ads tooling and advertiser experiences to help Pinterest users get from idea to inspiration to realization on Pinterest.
You have a knack for visual details as much as holistic systems thinking. You’re a problem solver, and your designs reflect your ability to advocate for the user. You’re passionate about our mission, raising the quality bar, and making the basics great
You’ll have a direct impact in an area critical to our growth, working with a world-class team and shaping the future of advertising measurement. If you love transforming data into delightful, trusted products—let’s talk!
What you’ll do:
- Lead design for new programmatic measurement and reporting workflows, supporting both 1st and 3rd-party solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science) and external partners to define and scope new measurement features
- Design elegant, data-rich interfaces—from high-fidelity dashboards to modular reporting tools—to surface complex analytics in clear, actionable ways
- Advocate for user needs by partnering with user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into design decisions
- Produce design deliverables, prototypes, and documentation to guide development from MVP to scalable solutions
- Present and iterate on designs with stakeholders ranging from ICs to executives
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of product/UX design experience, with a track record in AdTech, media measurement, analytics SaaS, or platforms with data-heavy UIs
- Deep understanding of digital advertising workflows and measurement: attribution, incrementality, data integration, brand safety, etc
- Experience designing for technical power users (analysts, marketers, AdOps, product managers)
- Strong Figma (or similar) skills; portfolio showcasing data visualization, reporting, or analytics projects
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear design problems and actionable UI solutions
- Shipping bias –balances research depth with bias-for-action (critical for deal-management iterations)
- Workflow or B2B UX background – experience designing for power users (traders, analysts, growth marketers)

Safe Remote Job Search Tips
Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
