Staff Product Manager, ITRM (Remote)
Job Summary
The role involves building and managing the product roadmap and strategy for IT risk and compliance products, including areas like Third-party Risk Management and Data Privacy. The candidate will lead end-to-end product development activities, work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, and define success metrics. They should have over 8 years of product management experience, particularly with B2B SaaS products, and possess excellent communication skills. Bonus points are given for experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a focus on delivering great user experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Why This Role is Exciting
IT Risk and Compliance Products play a critical role in growing AuditBoard’s Risk and Compliance portfolio of products: Third-party Risk Management, Enterprise & IT Risk Management, CrossComply Data Privacy ,and more.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and evangelize the roadmap and strategy
Own end-to-end product lifecycle through planning, development, and go-to-market activities
Lead customer and market discovery to surface top challenges and identify product opportunities
Leverage customer, market, and product data to uncover insights and inform product decisions and prioritization
Work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams to design and validate product solutions
Work closely with engineering and design partners to ship the product
Define and track product success metrics, analyze feedback, and iterate
Support with product launches, including go-to-market and enablement activities
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
8+ years of product management experience
Experience managing external, customer-facing B2B SaaS products
Track record of successfully leading product development from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion and experience in building great user experiences without complexity.
Technical fluency to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision and strategy.
Comfort working in an enterprise environment as part of a larger product portfolio
