Job Description
Who is Boulevard?
Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most.
Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen.
We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most.
Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too.
Come Do The Best Work Of Your Life At Boulevard.
Marketing Tech at Boulevard is a mission-critical growth engine for our customers, and a major revenue driver for us. It powers how service-based businesses attract, engage, and retain clients, helping them grow through capabilities like automated and blast campaigns, transactional notifications, smart audience targeting and two-way messaging across SMS and email - with much more to come. As their investment in these tools scales, so does the value they get from Boulevard - making this one of the most strategically important areas of our platform.
As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll work closely with Boulevard’s executive team and collaborate across engineering, design, data, product marketing, customer success, and sales. You'll help lead the next wave of innovation in how businesses engage with their clients, building capabilities that reach the right people, at the right time, with precision that drives real business outcomes. This is about making bold bets on where marketing is going next, raising the bar for personalization, timing, and effectiveness across the board.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll influence what we build, how we build it, and how fast we get it out the door, delivering results that grow our customers' businesses and Boulevard’s bottom line.

- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback
- Partner closely with engineering to guide technical decisions and ensure quality and speed
- Influence go-to-market, pricing, and packaging in partnership with product marketing and sales
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulations (e.g., TCPA, SMS, email marketing standards)
- Mentor PMs and contribute to a strong, collaborative product culture
What You’ll Need to Thrive:
- Proven success as a Lead, Group, Staff, or Principal PM in B2B or SaaS environments
- Deep product management expertise, with the ability to coach and elevate others
- Experience with marketing platforms, messaging tools, campaign systems, or workflow builders
- Experience building products for both SMB and upmarket (mid-market to enterprise) customers
- Background in driving monetization and growth for marketing or comms products
- Strong customer mindset - you champion user needs while balancing business goals
- Comfort navigating technical trade-offs with engineering partners
- Strong cross-functional leadership - you align and inspire across teams and execs
- Clear, data-informed decision-making with a bias for action and impact
- Ownership mentality - you take accountability and constantly push for better outcomes
Your starting budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $161,000 and $230,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
