The Role
As the Strategic Initiatives & Business Performance Lead, you will be a key architect of One Pass’s transformation and growth. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, uncovering root causes behind performance trends, and shaping the frameworks that guide business reporting and decision-making. You will work cross-functionally to ensure One Pass delivers on strengthening its core wellness business while scaling for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with One Pass’s long-term vision and growth roadmap
Partner with senior leaders to define and prioritize transformation efforts across product, operations, and go-to-market functions.
Facilitate scenario planning and business modeling to evaluate new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Design and manage the cadence, format, and content of business performance reporting for the executive team and board
Aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights on EBITDA, growth, member engagement, and operational KPIs
Own the development of the One Pass operating scorecard and gap closure tracking
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of underperformance and recommend corrective actions.
Drive innovation by identifying whitespace opportunities and leading cross-functional ideation sessions.
Establish repeatable processes for initiative tracking, performance reviews, and strategic planning cycles.
Support quarterly and annual business reviews with compelling narratives and data-driven insights
About You
You are a strategic thinker and operational doer. You thrive in ambiguity, connect dots across functions, and bring structure to complexity.
8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or performance management roles.
MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, finance, or operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI development.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into clarity.
Experience in health, wellness, or consumer platforms is a plus.
