About the Role
As thePerformance Marketing Specialist at Solace, you are responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns that drive measurable business growth. You know paid social and Google Search and display deeply and are familiar with what it takes to test, learn, and optimize across channels. Who are you? You are a talented operator who consistently delivers the highest quality work on timelines that would be unrealistic for most others. You get a rush from seeing your plans live in the real world. You take pride in your vision, execution and communication skills, and you absorb feedback exceptionally well. You enjoy taking ownership and love the startup grind.You must be based in the US for this role.
What You’ll Do
Win on SEM. Everything else here is table stakes, but there's a set of keywords that drive high volume, high intent users, and we have the resources and product and budget that justify us being at the top. We simply need the will and the execution to get there.
Support execution and strategy on Meta with our Performance lead, and support in new channel exploration such as affiliate, Youtube, etc.
Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with the rest of the marketing and design team, engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant solutions to challenges.
Continuous experimentation. Test new platforms, formats, and partners to expand reach and performance, ensuring the quality of our product
Plan and Do. You create a plan and execute it. You're equally comfortable managing a large project team as well as executing entirely yourself.
Reporting & Communication. Provide regular updates on campaign performance, key learnings, and investment recommendations.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
3+ years of relevant experience working on SEM and paid social for a consumer startup.
An intuitive understanding of what it takes to bring a plan to life.
Exceptional skills in planning.
A bias toward action and execution. You get antsy if you’re not getting something done.
Great communication skills that help you work with executive teams to make visions come to life.
This is a remote position. Applicants must be based in the United States.
