What you’ll do
The Strategy & Operations Manager for the Office of the CEO will play a critical role in supporting the CEO & senior staff, responsible for owning special strategic projects, conducting market research and business analysis, and preparing leadership and board presentations. The Strategy & Operations Manager will be part of discussions on strategic initiatives, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth business and market research to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and provide an objective view on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions. Present key findings in concise reports, summarizing key takeaways for executive leadership.
- Support the CEO in preparing high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including board meetings, leadership presentations & investor relations materials. Create compelling content that aligns with the company’s vision, strategy, and goals.
- Support the CEO across strategic projects that drive company objectives forward and ensure all key data, evidence & business logic are included in the company’s strategic approach.
- Execute special projects as requested by the CEO & senior staff to drive business growth or operational results. Support senior staff members across the organization on an ad-hoc basis to support key projects.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Strong academic achievement in both liberal arts and quantitative disciplines strongly preferred
- 2-5 years in role involving business strategy & operations: management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy or operations in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail critical. Ability to concisely convey complex information
- Experience conducting market research and data analysis with ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights; strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience creating executive-level presentations. High standards for quality and accuracy
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of driving initiatives from conception to execution
- Intellectually curious with the humility to learn and adapt
- Proactive, self-starter with consistent record of delivery against deadlines

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $125,000 - $155,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
