About the Role:
The Motive Sales Transformation team is a highly skilled and experienced cross-functional group dedicated to operationalizing our go-to-market strategy. Our focus includes implementing new product launches, enhancing go-to-market efficiency, optimizing and administering core SaaS platforms used by sales, and serving as internal consultants to drive best practices and streamlined workflows. Key challenges we address involve Org-wide segment adjustments, system modifications, onboarding new SaaS tools, and serving as the primary advocate and conduit between the overall business and system engineers and developers.
Motive's Sales Transformation Team is actively seeking a Systems Transformation Analyst II to lead the charge in implementing operational best practices and standardized processes. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of technical, project management and consulting skills, as you navigate the intricate landscape of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Working in a fully remote environment that spans the globe, you will play a pivotal role in building positive internal relationships while being attuned to cultural nuances and global legal considerations.
You'll be expected to operate seamlessly under executive pressure and tight deadlines, adapting to evolving requirements with ease. Your results-oriented mindset, coupled with a wealth of sales operational experience (SOPS), will drive the business forward in scalable ways. What You’ll Do:
Motive is seeking a Partnerstack Administrator to own and optimize the administration of Partnerstack, our referral management platform. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our insurance agent, affiliate, and franchisor referral programs. Partnerstack enables our partners to enroll in referral programs, track referred opportunities, and receive payments for successful referrals.
As the Partnerstack Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing management, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Partnerstack at Motive. You will ensure program scalability, optimize workflows, and maintain accurate partner data. This is a high-impact role that will provide critical operational support for Motive’s partnerships, improving partner experiences and reducing inefficiencies across the business.

- Participate and co-administer SaaS Sales Tools: Assist with the maintenance and management of critical tools used by Sales (Salesforce, Salesloft, ReferenceEdge, Zoom, Sendoso, etc.), acting as the subject matter expert to ensure seamless integration, optimize tool performance, and drive effective use across the sales team, ultimately maximizing tool adoption and business outcomes.
- Particularly, this role will have a focus on administration and ongoing management of Partnerstack, a comprehensive partner management platform, ensuring platform-wide changes and updates are effectively implemented.
- Manage partner applications by reviewing and assigning them to the appropriate internal owners or rejecting them based on defined criteria.
- Audit unowned partners to assign appropriate ownership or remove inactive participants to maintain data integrity.
- Streamline partner communications by eliminating outdated automated emails and ensuring relevant partner outreach is handled by the correct partner managers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Partnerstack processes and technical details to reduce knowledge gaps and improve internal efficiency.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for internal teams interacting with Partnerstack, ensuring proper platform usage across Motive.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve platform issues, such as referral tracking errors, commission processing problems, and API / integration bugs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize referral program operations and reporting.
- Support the launch of new referral programs, including structuring commission and rewards models, onboarding new partners, and tracking performance.
- Ensure compliance with program policies by monitoring partner activity and ensuring accurate payments and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience as an individual contributor in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Strategy within the tech sector, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of experience managing SaaS sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Partnerstack, Salesloft, ReferenceEdge, Zoom, Sendoso) with a focus on optimization, user adoption, and reporting.
- 1+ years of experience managing referral/partner platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, Everflow) or similar tools.
- Proven success in scaling high-growth SaaS environments, building infrastructure, and automating processes.
- Strong understanding of operational architecture, systems optimization, and data reporting/analysis.
- Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, time management, and the ability to handle urgent tasks.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with a bias for action.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with global remote teams.
- Passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to teach and learn.
