As we scale and integrate, we’re expanding our People & Culture team to support this next chapter - and that starts with adding a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, hire, and welcome the talent who will shape our future.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle - from partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, through to onboarding new hires into their first week. You’ll be a brand ambassador and a champion for a seamless and inclusive candidate and employee experience.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiation, and new hire onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to build effective, inclusive, and scalable hiring processes
- Work with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to ensure alignment with hiring forecasts and organizational needs
- Train hiring managers on effective candidate evaluation techniques and develop comprehensive hiring guides to support consistent and equitable interview practices
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Partner with the People & Culture team to facilitate onboarding logistics and ensure a smooth first week
- Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions and process improvements

If you have the following experience then this is a great role for you:
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment recruiting for a variety of roles (Sales, Technical, Customer Support)
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and influence decision-making
- A passion for candidate experience and onboarding excellence
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
