About the role:
As a Talent Operations Associate on Garner’s Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, loves working with people, and is passionate about process.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
- Manage recruiting pipelines, stay in close contact with candidates, and provide updates regarding their application and interview status
- Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
- Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
- Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how Garner is presented
- Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team
- Maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed
What you will bring to the team:
- 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup
- Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management
- Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system
Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is: $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
