About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help lead the development of the next generation of cybersecurity systems. As a Technical Program Manager focused on operations & releases, you will manage planning & execution of product roadmap from development, testing and delivery of high-quality software products and features. You’ll use your technical expertise to identify and manage risks, make sound judgments about quality, and stop or accelerate production at the right time. You will manage the scope, schedule, and risk mitigation plans in order to streamline the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team to increase velocity, and ensure our products are enterprise grade. The candidate will be part of a diverse team consisting of cryptographers, mathematicians, ML experts, and physicists, where they will play a key role in efficient and effective development of the technologies being developed.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage software product development programs, defining scope, level of effort, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, risks, dependencies to drive the successful on-time delivery of everything from small releases to major feature launches
- Monitor quality of releases and interim development, triage and assign issues. Coordinate fixes for release branches and publish releases
- Own and publish the release calendar detailing code deployments, data refreshes, code freezes and patch windows
- Build and lead compliance programs such as FedRamp, SOC2 or GDPR
Who you are
- Experience in leading a portfolio complex, multi-disciplinary, and rapidly evolving product development programs from inception through launch
- Ability to communicate and be a team player who can rapidly tie together multiple perspectives to arrive at and drive to decisions and execution
- Ability to work in a small team / rapid prototyping environment and deal with uncertainty and fluidity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications / Network Engineering, Physics, or related Engineering degree/similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote work environment
- Experience managing execution and high quality delivery on a consumer facing Saas product
- Familiarity with one or more of the following domains: AI/ML, cryptography and security
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to USG contract requirements

- Masters or Ph.D. in one of the STEM fields or related areas
- Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $167k - $233k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
