Your Role:

As a Territory Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth across South Africa, the SADC region, and the Islands of the Indian Ocean (IOI). You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing enterprise customers, driving strategic deals, and developing key partnerships that accelerate market adoption. This role plays a vital part in expanding our footprint as a market leader in Exposure Management and Cybersecurity solutions across the region.

Your Opportunity:

  • Own your territory: Drive revenue growth by managing a defined sales territory, developing both new business and nurturing existing accounts
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within large, complex enterprise organizations
  • Drive pipeline development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using both direct outreach and partner/channel relationships
  • Hit your targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs as set by the Regional Director
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with inside sales, channel partners, and technical teams (Sales Engineers) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting: Provide regular and transparent updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression
  • Coach and coordinate: Guide regionally focused supporting resources such as business development, channel and marketing in alignment with your sales goals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep current with competitive trends, customer challenges, and market dynamics, and communicate insights to leadership

What You'll Need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a strong record of quota achievement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity challenges and business implications for enterprise customers
  • Proven success in selling complex, high-value solutions to large private and public sector organizations
  • A consultative sales approach with excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to travel up to 25% across the region
