About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a high level of integrity and commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy work environment. The role involves managing the full worker lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, suspensions, and blacklisting. This role also requires the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Worker Auditing and Blacklisting:
Conduct routine audits of community members to ensure compliance with the Code
of Conduct.Identify and blacklist workers who do not meet trust and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of blacklisted workers and reasons for blacklisting.
Conduct thorough documentation audits
Dispute Management:
Flag and manage worker disputes related to trust and safety concerns.
Make informed decisions on dispute resolutions, ensuring compliance with
company policies.Communicate dispute outcomes clearly and effectively to all parties involved.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process for new workers, ensuring they are vetted and
meet trust and safety criteria.Verify banking information and documentation accuracy
Manage the offboarding process for workers who are no longer participating in
projects.Collaborate with the recruiting and project management teams to ensure
seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
Proactive Monitoring and Reporting:
Continuously monitor the worker database for new issues and potential
violations.Report any trends or recurring issues to the relevant teams for further action.
Use GenAI tools to enhance screening and monitoring processes.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with workers, providing clear guidelines and feedback.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to address trust and safety concerns
promptly.Provide regular updates to management on trust and safety issues and
resolutions.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues accurately.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with GenAI tools and their application in screening and monitoring processes.
Experience in a recruiting, onboarding, or HR-related role is a plus.
Ability to make informed decisions regarding disputes and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Experience working on AI projects in Pareto.
Willingness to cover shifts at any time when necessary.
