About the Role
We’re looking for aUX/UI Designer who brings a strong eye for clean design, deep empathy for end-users, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. If you're passionate about crafting intuitive, elegant user experiences and love solving complex design problems through simplicity, this role is for you.
This position is remote, but open only toU.S.-based candidates authorized to work in the U.S.
What You'll Do
Design user interfaces and experiences for responsive web and mobile applications
Collaborate with clients, developers, and project managers to shape functional, accessible, and visually consistent designs
Interpret brand guidelines and apply them effectively, or create new design standards as needed
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
Iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements in a fast-moving environment
Contribute to design systems and maintain a strong focus on user-centered design principles
Communicate design intent clearly to internal teams and clients
What You Bring
3+ years of professional experience in UX and UI design (required)
Strong portfolio with examples of consumer-facing digital experiences (required)
Mastery of tools like Figma (Marvel or InVision experience a plus)
Experience working with developers and project teams to translate designs into functional products
Familiarity with responsive design and CSS frameworks
Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship
Nice to Have
Consulting experience or direct client interaction background
Experience working in agile or iterative environments
Familiarity with design accessibility best practices
Some front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS)
