While Turing has driven significant growth through its LLM and AGI service offerings, the company sees its long-term growth opportunity in application engineering services, leveraging its proprietary technology and AI expertise. As it redefines digital engineering models, Turing is poised to expand further into vertical-specific solutions.

To support this vision, Turing is seeking high-performing Vice President's of Sales specializing in one of these sectors - (Pharma & Life Sciences /Hi-Tech/ BFSI/ Media & Telecom/ Retail & Consumer Goods, and others) to drive strategic growth. These executives will play a pivotal role in expanding Turing’s footprint by acquiring enterprise clients, winning high-impact AI/engineering deals, and establishing long-term strategic relationships.

These VP's will lead newly acquired accounts through an initial ramp-up period (approximately one year), laying the foundation for enduring partnerships. In parallel, the role will focus on sourcing new opportunities, and consistently scaling revenue. The target annual quota for this role is in the $3M to $5M+ range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth in any of these sectors - Pharma & Life Sciences / Media & Telecom / Hi-Tech / Retail & Consumer Goods/ other growing markets
    • Lead Turing’s market expansion by acquiring new enterprise clients, identifying untapped buying centers, and securing AI-driven engineering services contracts.
  • Achieve Financial Objectives: Meet or exceed annual performance goals, including bookings, revenue, and overall growth—expected to begin in the ~$3M- $5M range.
  • Be the Strategic Client Lead: Represent Turing as the primary relationship owner for prospective and newly secured accounts, setting the tone for long-term collaboration.
  • Originate & Close Complex Deals: Identify, qualify, and win transformative deals—both net-new and through expansion within existing accounts.
  • Accelerate New Account Maturity: Cultivate strong executive relationships, deepen engagement, and grow account value through proactive service expansion.
  • Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and product leaders to craft a vertical-specific GTM strategy tailored to the needs of organizations.
  • Understand Industry Specific Challenges: Build a deep understanding of the regulatory, operational, and technological pain points within client organizations and align Turing’s solutions accordingly.
  • Establish Executive Trust: Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, Heads of R&D, IT, Data, and Digital Transformation teams to ensure client satisfaction and high NPS/CSAT scores.
  • Create Strategic Account Plans: Design and manage structured account strategies focused on growth, delivery excellence, and long-term client value.
  • Be a Cultural Leader: Represent and promote Turing’s values, mission, and innovation-led culture in all client and internal interactions.

Basic Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a senior sales executive with extensive experience in the technology services space, ideally within Pharma & Life Sciences, Media & Telecom, Hi-Tech, Retail & Consumer Goods but open to other growing industries where candidates have proven success. They should demonstrate a history of consistently exceeding revenue goals—typically in the $5M–$10M+ range—and deep expertise in selling to enterprise clients.

They will be comfortable building C-suite relationships, navigating long sales cycles, and orchestrating complex solution sales involving custom engineering, AI, and data services. The ability to articulate Turing’s differentiated value proposition will be essential, as will a well-established network of potential clients in their given sector.

Key Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: 10–15+ years of sales leadership in technology services, with consistent success meeting or exceeding $5M–$10M+ revenue goals. Strong focus on clients in any of the following verticals - Pharma & Life Sciences, Media & Telecom, Hi-Tech, Retail & Consumer Goods domains.
  • Proven New Business Builder: Demonstrated ability to win new enterprise logos and expand them into strategic accounts through deep stakeholder engagement.
  • Digital & AI Sales Experience: Proficient in selling digital engineering, custom application development, and AI/data-centric solutions to stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, Heads of R&D, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and Data Science leaders.
  • Visionary Outlook: Informed perspective on the evolving role of AI and digital transformation in given their given sector, and a clear vision for how Turing can grow in this domain.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Driven, proactive, and able to act quickly on market opportunities while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Strong Network: Established relationships across their sector and a clear view of potential client targets for immediate outreach.
  • Strategic Execution: Capable of aligning business objectives with technical solutions in a way that is compelling to senior executives.
  • Team-First Mentality: Works cross-functionally with internal leaders and teams to align go-to-market efforts, delivery, and client satisfaction.

Compensation: Base: $227,500 - $292,500 + variable + equity
