Our client is an innovative gaming studio building a new generation of cross-platform multiplayer games. With a strong focus on creativity, user acquisition, and data-driven growth, they seek a Video Editor who combines storytelling with analytical thinking to produce compelling video content that performs at scale.
Location:
Remote (Work-from-home), Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Video Editor, you will craft high-impact video assets for paid media channels including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Working closely with growth marketers, creative strategists, and performance analysts, you’ll produce and iterate on ads that drive conversions. A strong understanding of A/B testing, thumb-stopping creative principles, and post-production workflows is essential. This role suits someone who thrives where creative expression meets performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and edit short-form performance videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other growth channels.
Collaborate with creative strategists and growth marketers to develop ad concepts aligned with campaign goals.
Iterate on winning creatives using A/B testing data, optimizing for metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Maintain a scalable creative production process, creating templates and systems for rapid experimentation.
Stay informed on performance trends in mobile and gaming ads, analyzing top creatives to inspire new ideas.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years editing performance-driven video ads.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
Strong grasp of A/B testing, ad metrics, and conversion optimization.
Experience creating assets for mobile games or consumer apps is a plus.
Ability to translate performance data into creative decisions.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment with quick turnaround times.
Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and motion design skills.
