Job Description
AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our platform helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health.
In this role, you’ll own the website as a key part of our GTM engine. You’ll take ideas like “we need a new landing page” or “we want to launch a campaign offer,” and turn them into clean, fast, high-converting experiences—without needing a ton of oversight or design/dev support. You’ll help us move faster, improve performance, and create a scalable system to support future launches.
Team Mission
The Growth Marketing team drives pipeline through scalable, multi-channel campaigns and repeatable GTM programs. We partner closely with ales, content, and product marketing to launch offers, activate buyers, and track what’s working. This role is core to that execution.
AcuityMD’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of cutting edge medical technology. As part of the marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, testing new campaign ideas, and driving revenue. We’re not just marketing a product; we’re driving an industry-wide shift in how MedTech companies find and close their best opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve our website (Webflow), including key page updates, landing pages, and conversion-focused improvements
- Build and QA web and landing pages independently—without needing dev or design support for every task
- Proactively identify issues with site performance, tracking, or lead flow—and collaborate with MOPs/RevOps when fixes extend beyond Webflow
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT and Gemini) to streamline workflows—particularly for metadata, on-page SEO, and conversion testing (not primary content creation)
- Apply fundamental SEO best practices—optimizing metadata, H1 structure, alt text, internal linking, and page speed
- Evaluate and enhance the site's content structure, tagging, and navigation as we grow
- Collaborate with demand gen and content teams to launch campaign pages, refine CTAs, and test performance
- Serve as a key execution partner for GTM campaigns—bringing offers like playbooks, videos, and demo CTAs to life through strategic page designs and conversion-focused UX
- Monitor and report on key metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement), and provide clear, data-driven recommendations
- Create and manage an efficient intake and prioritization process for web updates—working across teams while maintaining focus on impact
- Track site health and search performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and AI tools like Profound
- Serve as the central point of contact for all website matters—balancing quick execution with strategic, long-term improvements
Your Profile
- 5+ years managing B2B marketing websites, ideally in a fast-paced or lean team environment
- Strong experience using Webflow (or similar CMS) with confidence making direct edits and publishing updates
- Familiarity with key marketing tools like HubSpot, GA4, and UTM frameworks
- Working knowledge of SEO basics and how to apply them in real-world execution (meta tags, content structure, technical hygiene)
- A bias for action—you find the fastest, highest-quality way to get things done, and you use tools (including AI) to reduce lift
- Strong communication and organizational skills—you can prioritize, push back when needed, and clearly explain tradeoffs or blockers
- A builder mentality—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and figuring things out, but you know when to ask for input or escalate
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Figma, Notion, Clay or similar tools
- Exposure to CRO best practices or user behavior tools like Hotjar
- Background working closely with demand gen teams or supporting campaign launches
- Interest in healthcare, medtech, or mission-driven B2B industries

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
