The Role
We are looking for a high-performingAccount Executive to join our APAC + MEA / EU sales team. In this hunting role, you’ll work alongside an SDR to build a strong pipeline, close deals, and contribute directly to Sprinto’s growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to closure—selling into fast-growing SaaS companies.
- Run discovery calls to understand prospects’ compliance needs and pain points
- Manage the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure
- Partner with SDRs to drive pipeline generation efforts
- Deliver tailored product demos and value-driven sales presentations
- Navigate multiple stakeholders and run effective sales processes
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting
- Stay up to date with the compliance space and competitive landscape
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- At least 2 years in a quota-carrying, closing role
- Experience selling to the APAC + MEA / EU market
- Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
