About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Affiliate Manager to join our team.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of affiliates within the Western and Mediterranean parts of the European Economic Area, including countries such as the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain. Affiliates are strategic partners, key opinion leaders, and traffic websites. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.
What You'll Be Doing
- Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.
- Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.
- Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.
- Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.
- Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- Fluency in English and preferably one or two more European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch
- Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in the European region
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the Netherlands region

- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
- Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
- Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
- Immediate availability is preferred
