Who We Are
About the Opportunity:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in Europe that aligns with business growth objectives
- Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in Europe
- Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
- Lead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
- Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experience
- Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience
- Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product and other related business areas
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product innovation
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with
- Significant experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.
- Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indicies understanding of the European crypto and finance regulatory environments, i.e. MiCA and MiFID
- Highly sociable, confident, and a commercially-minded communicator
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
Nice to have:
- Trilingual proficiency, particularly in German, French, Dutch or another major European language, in addition to fluent English.
- Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
