What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging KOLs: Identify and collaborate with KOL to promote the exchange in NEA region.
- Partnership Development: Forge partnerships with KOLs to create promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.
- Team management: Work with BD teams to implement and execute BD job to expand our value proposition for revenue and market share gain locally.
- Top traders KOL Management: Oversee relationships with KOLs acting as Top trader ambassadors and ensure they align with the exchange's brand image and values.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the performance of KOL and create reports to evaluate the impact on user acquisition, engagement, and revenues.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that leverage KOLs to enhance the exchange's market presence and user base.
- Experience in a leadership position at a large and growing crypto platform.
- Proven leader with a pragmatic approach to engaging talent to perform and deliver results that are aligned to business strategies
- Impeccable language skills in the local language and English.
- Strong ability to analyse and challenge data, identifying trends and interpreting findings in order to drive business performance
- Possess high decision-making skills in ambiguous circumstances
- Willing to challenge the status quo and champion new ideas, acting as a catalyst of change
- Knowledge of offshore markets relevant to digital asset spot trading, derivatives and margin lending is highly advantageous
