Job Description
About ResultStack
We’re a cross-functional systems engineering team driven to deliver scalable, secure, and elegant solutions across web and mobile platforms. Our projects span startups to enterprises — and our mission is simple: solve real problems through deep collaboration, lean execution, and smart strategy.
At ResultStack, we’re not just building software — we’re building partnerships. That means listening closely, responding quickly, and always aiming for long-term success over short-term fixes.
The Role
We’re looking for anAgile Delivery Lead (Project Manager / Scrum Master hybrid) who thrives in dynamic environments. You’ll be the critical link between clients, developers, and internal stakeholders — ensuring work is clearly scoped, executed with agility, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading technical teams, shaping roadmaps, and delivering results across varying project methodologies.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the day-to-day project lead for client engagements — planning sprints, prioritizing deliverables, and managing milestones.
Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine scope, sequence features, and adjust priorities as needs evolve.
Translate product roadmaps into actionable execution plans (sprints, Gantt charts, timelines).
Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client updates.
Create and maintain key documentation: requirements, status reports, release plans, etc.
Guide teams through ambiguity and keep momentum high, even when blockers arise.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in a project management, Agile/Scrum, or delivery-focused role — ideally in software or digital product development.
Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience working with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Pivotal Tracker.
Confidence to challenge assumptions, push back diplomatically, and drive clarity.
Experience consulting with or managing external clients is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Formal Scrum certification or PM credential.
Comfort adapting Agile principles within hybrid or waterfall environments.
Familiarity with UI/UX processes and development cycles.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
