Our client is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join their sales team. In this role, you will focus on outbound dialing, primarily engaging Owners and C-Suite executives to set qualified appointments. If you have a strong sales background, are comfortable working with CRM systems and dialers, and enjoy connecting with high-level decision-makers, this role is ideal for you.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 10 AM - 6 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Dialing: Proactively make 100–150+ calls daily to Owners and C-Suite executives using curated lead lists.
Appointment Setting: Follow call scripts to engage prospects, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with the sales team.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM and dialer systems to log activities, follow up on leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Lead Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups via calls and emails to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospects, demonstrating professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
Reporting: Track daily call metrics and appointment-setting performance to support sales goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound calling or appointment setting.
Native-level English fluency with excellent verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and dialer software for lead management and outreach.
Basic understanding of marketing and technology is a plus.
Highly personable, motivated, results-driven, and able to maintain enthusiasm over high call volumes.
Strong commitment to meeting or exceeding daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
