Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our global partner expansion efforts within the job board and career development ecosystem. Your mission: identify, engage, and build strong relationships with new strategic partners that drive user growth and enhance our offerings.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new partnerships within the job board and career development space.

Identify potential partners via LinkedIn, networking events, and industry conferences.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities and inform strategy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, CRO, marketing, and tech teams to boost partner traffic conversion.

Leverage data and insights to support pitches, strategy development, and objection handling.

Use CRM tools effectively to manage the sales pipeline and optimize processes.

Clearly articulate our product value to partners and jobseekers alike.
What You’ll Need:

3+ years of experience in sales or partnerships in a digital or online business environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/partnership goals.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

Confidence in negotiation and persuasive communication.

Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Solid time management and prioritization abilities.
